- Represented group of three dentists in the sale (assets) of their multi-location specialty dental practices to a strategic DSO buyer for a total enterprise value of over $25M, in addition to later reorganization transactions. Served as sole counsel.
- Represented family business in a stock sale of its concrete company to a strategic buyer for a total enterprise value of over $10M. Served as co-counsel and later lead counsel.
